We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on all standard cards that have not been personalised.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchasing your items to request a return/exchange. Orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

We offer a completely customisable service, and are able to personalise all of our orders to suit your needs.

Our Notecards and Greeting Cards are designed, cut and printed in-house, which enables us to make any changes and amendments required.

Our processing time for getting orders ready to leave is currently 1-3 working days.

We send all UK orders with Royal Mail, and postage options are shown at check out. Please not that upgrading your postage to Tracked24 does not speed up the dispatch time, it just upgrades the delivery type.
