Order Processing Times

Our current dispatch time is -3 working days.  If you need your order before a set date please contact us to confirm this.

 

Delivery Information

We send all UK orders using Royal Mail using standard 2nd class postage. 

We can not guarantee that standard postage orders will arrive in the time frame given by Royal Mail as they do not guarantee standard post estimates .  Royal Mail ask customers to wait up to 10 working days before post is claimed at lost.  

You can upgrade your delivery option when you get to the check-out page.  Please note that upgrading your postage option does not change the above processing times (1-3 working days) and will only effect the delivery method used.
